We are an inbound marketing agency based in Hong Kong & Shenzhen that provides marketing and lead generation services to manufacturers and manufacturing services companies in China, Hong Kong & Taiwan. We use organic lead building techniques i.e. writing blogs and content offers that educate help the ideal customer profile for our clients. We use the HubSpot marketing automation software to publish, analyse and promote the content as well as lead nurturing from the top of the marketing funnel to sales.
In addition to our regular creation and publishing we are looking for a proactive community builder that can organically grow our following on up to 7 of these inbound marketing projects across different social media channels. Thus, providing each client account with more opportunity to benefit from the content we create and convert into customers.
Each project has defined a customer profile(s), a set number of social media channels that have already been set up and a regular daily publishing schedule of both unique and curated content.
Your goal will be to increase the followers, impressions, retweets etc. on each channel. KPIs and actionable items will be agreed for each project, each channel and each customer profile so that there is no ambiguity as to the goal of each subproject and your action plan to reach that goal.
In addition to being data-driven, we are looking for someone empathetic that can make the right decision as to whether or not it’s appropriate to follow someone or not based on who they are and their social media footprint. We’re not just looking for an increase in community numbers, for each project we are looking for an increase in the right community.
