I’m looking to work with a Virtual Assistant on a number of ongoing tasks for my photography business.
I’m based in Melbourne, Australia but you could be located anywhere! You will have excellent English skills and more importantly, a sense of humour. My style is warm and friendly yet professional – I have fun at work but I get the job done, to a high standard!
You will need to know the following apps/software:
– Googe Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc)
– Dubsado CRM
– WordPress and WooCommerce
– Acuity Scheduling
– Instagram & Pinterest
Tasks will include responding to incoming job leads, email management, pre-shoot client research, date entry into CRM, scheduling social media posts, email marketing, blog writing and more.
